Oktoberfest Dinner

For October we will be celebrating Octoberfest! I will be digging deep into my German roots and making some of my absolute favorite foods! The dinner will be Saturday, October 24th at 6:00pm. The pairings will be some Alsatian, German and Austrian wines with a couple local beers in there as well!!

Mixology Class

Want to know more about the art and craft of mixing drinks? Learn how to make a variety of mixed drinks, from the classics to the more exotic, and many other tricks of the trade. Includes a basic rundown of glassware and bar equipment, an explanation of the variety of drinks, flavorings and bitters. Students are then challenged to make drinks, relying on the guidance of a partner and the instructor. Lots of time for questions and answers. Must be age 21+.
