While our June dinner this weekend is sold out, we have a fantastic dinner planned for Saturday, July 16th at 6 pm. The theme will be summer in the South of France! I will be pairing with all French wines for this dinner.

For our June dinner we are pairing with the lovely ladies of Su Lei Cellars out of Walla Walla! Tonya and I were students together at the Institute for Viticulture and Enology a decade ago. For our spring dinner we are excited to pair with Royal Comfort Wines. They represent wines of Oregon and China! For the dinner we will be pairing with three wines from Oregon and three from China. The Royal Comfort team will be here for the dinner to talk about their adventures in China finding the wines and representing the Oregon market!

March Supper Club

We are excited to pair with Conan Miller from Conan’s Island Juju for March’s supper club! He lived in St Croix for years and brought back with him a taste of the Caribbean! We will be preparing you a taste of the French Caribbean on Saturday, March 12th at 6 pm. Conan’s sauces and rubs will be used in the courses! You may have met him at the farmers’ markets around town or at New Seasons doing cooking demonstrations!!
