March Supper Club

We are excited to pair with Conan Miller from Conan’s Island Juju for March’s supper club! He lived in St Croix for years and brought back with him a taste of the Caribbean! We will be preparing you a taste of the French Caribbean on Saturday, March 12th at 6 pm. Conan’s sauces and rubs will be used in the courses! You may have met him at the farmers’ markets around town or at New Seasons doing cooking demonstrations!!
Pumpkin coconut bisque
Crab and avocado Charlotte
Roti with St Jacques sauce
Pork tenderloin with Conan’s special slaw
Cheese course with pineapple chutney
Lemon pie with Chantilly Crème
